Welcome to Ana Simoes Jewellery website terms & conditions. All website users accept these terms & conditions regardless purchasing any of our products or signing up to our newsletter.
Online payments can be made through PayPal, debit and credit card. After the payment, all customers will receive an email acknowledging the purchase. Customers who experience online payment difficulties can place orders can through email and telephone.
BESPOKE & COMMISSIONS PAYMENT TERMS
For this service we require 50% deposit as a confirmation of your order. At this point the order cannot be cancelled. The outstanding balance will need to be paid before collection or dispatch. Payments can be made by debit and credit and bank transfer. Goods remain property of Ana Simoes until paid in full.
Online purchases incur postage charges that vary according to the purchase value and shipping address. International delivery is the responsibility of the postal service in the destination country and Ana Simoes cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the local country postal service or customs checks. Any customs charges incurred are the sole responsibility of the customer.
All Ana Simoes Jewellery pieces are handmade in her studio in London, so please allow 10 working days for deliveries in the UK and 15 working days for international deliveries.
Please contact us to inquire if a faster delivery time is possible before placing an order.
Orders are dispatched in a unbranded external envelope. The jewellery is packaged in a Ana Simoes Jewellery branded box protected by tissue paper. Please inform us if the purchase is a gift and we will include a small branded carrier bag.
All UK orders incur a flat charge of £10 and are dispatched through Royal Mail Special Delivery.
International orders incur a flat charge of £25 and are dispatched through Hermes that aims to reach its destination within 5-7 working days. The total order price advertised on the website at checkout does not include import taxes. Any customs charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Customers who are not entirely happy with their website purchase can request an exchange, credit note or refund within 14 working days of receiving the item. All items need to be returned unworn and in perfect condition, and in its original packaging. This policy excludes bespoke, customized pieces and sale or discounted items. Please contact Ana at email@example.com to arrange a return quoting the order number.
All sizes are accurate within reason. Design variations may occur due to the handmade nature of the products. While colour reproduction is as accurate as possible, slight variations may occur from the original and due to different screens.
All Ana Simoes Jewellery products and handmade and we are committed to offer high quality goods. Please contact us if you experience any problems with your purchase. We will do our best to keep our customers happy.
We provide a 3 year warranty on all items from the date of purchase. This warranty excludes wear and tear such as scratched and broken stones.
All prices are correct at time of publication. Ana Simoes reserves the right to update prices at any time.
